Job summary

Urban Health Plan is seeking a Mammography Technologist in Bronx, NY, to perform diagnostic and screening mammograms at our flagship site. The role requires ARRT mammography certification, NYS radiology license, and at least two years' experience, with bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Onsite, full-time with comprehensive benefits. Starting compensation ranges from $60.00 to $64.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• ARRT Mammography Certification.
• NYS DOH Radiology Technician License.
• 2+ years mammography experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Knowledge of Digital 3-D imaging and quality control is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about the exam and ensure privacy and comfort.
• Perform diagnostic or screening mammography as ordered and document results.
• Provide training support as lead mammography tech to others.
• Produce high-quality films for radiologist evaluation and maintain accuracy.
• Perform quality control functions related to mammography and follow safety guidelines.
