Main Line Health in Ardmore, PA is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to lead the Breast Imaging section. You will supervise daily operations, direct workflow for technologists, assign staff to match patient schedules, and monitor equipment with the Biomedical Engineering team.

Salary is competitive and includes education reimbursement up to $6,000 per year, plus paid time off and parking. A 3-year mammography background and ARRT (R) certification are required to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recent related Mammography experience.
• Graduate of accredited program of radiologic technology.
• ARRT (R) certification; BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Breast Imaging section.

• Coordinate with field engineers and MLH Biomedical Engineering for issues.

Provides supervision of the day to day operation of the Breast Imaging section. Directs the workflow for the technical staff for all classifications of patients throughout the department. Assigns staff to meet the needs of the patient schedule. Monitors equipment functionality. Works with field engineers and MLH Biomedical Engineering Department in addressing any equipment issues. In conjunction with staff technologists and technologist assistants, assures procedure rooms are stocked with supplies. Checks the quality of the images on PACS and solves the QA issues on all studies as needed. Is competent to perform procedures on all patient populations ranging from neonates to geriatrics. Maintain working relationship with all ancillary departments.
