Job summary

Main Line Health in Ardmore, PA is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to lead the Breast Imaging section. You will supervise daily operations, direct workflow for technologists, assign staff to match patient schedules, and monitor equipment with the Biomedical Engineering team.

Salary is competitive and includes education reimbursement up to $6,000 per year, plus paid time off and parking. A 3-year mammography background and ARRT (R) certification are required to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recent related Mammography experience.
• Graduate of accredited program of radiologic technology.
• ARRT (R) certification; BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Breast Imaging section.
• Direct workflow for the technical staff across all patient types.
• Assign staff to meet the patient schedule and monitor equipment functionality.
• Coordinate with field engineers and MLH Biomedical Engineering for issues.
• Ensure procedure rooms are stocked and PACS image quality is checked.
