Job summary

Samaritan Health Services in Lincoln City, OR seeks a Mammography Supervisor to lead the mammography service delivery. You will supervise, evaluate, and train staff, oversee equipment procurement/maintenance, QA/QI, and ensure regulatory compliance and protocol development.

The role emphasizes developing policies, maintaining patient care standards, and coordinating with Radiology teams to support efficient workflow and high-quality imaging.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT RT(R) credential required.
• Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology required.
• Current ARRT Mammography certification or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years mammographer experience required.
• Healthcare Provider BLS required.
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• B.S. degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of mammography staff.
• Evaluate and train departmental personnel.
• Oversee procurement/maintenance of mammography equipment.
• Develop and implement QA/QI programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and protocol development.
