Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Breast Imaging Department, ensuring safe patient care and compliance with accrediting bodies.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining equipment, preparing reports and budgets, and coordinating with Radiology leadership to support quality improvements. Must have high school diploma and 5+ years mammography experience; ARRT, LRT, and BLS licensure required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required.
• 5+ years Mammographer experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Breast Imaging section operations with supervisory responsibility.
• Perform/coordinate patient care in collaboration with physicians and staff.
• Maintain equipment performance, prepare reports and budgets for the breast imaging division.
• Ensure compliance with ACR, MQSA, JCAHO, and KDHE requirements.
