Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of laboratory or industry experience.
• Knowledge of mammalian cell culture techniques and aseptic practices.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammalian cell culture activities including aseptic processing, expansion, and maintenance.
• Support upstream process development and bioreactor operations for biologics production.
• Collect samples, monitor process performance, and support data generation and analysis.
• Aid with lab setup, consumables management, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support experiment execution, sample submission, and process development activities.
• Maintain accurate lab records and data tracking systems.
• Present findings and provide updates to project teams.
• Coordinate routine lab operations and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
