Job summary

Sanofi Framingham is seeking a Senior Associate Scientist to join the Mammalian Bioanalytics team. The role covers development, validation, and transfer of analytical methods (qPCR, ELISA, MSD) to support biotherapeutics in a cGMP environment.

You will perform cell culture, release and stability testing, and collaborate across functions to drive timelines and data quality for clinical development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in biotech/pharma; Master’s with shorter experience also acceptable.
• Hands-on ELISA, qPCR, MSD or cell-based assays experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills; able to work on timelines.
• Experience in a GMP/regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, validate, and transfer analytical methods in a GMP setting.
• Perform routine cell culture activities and handle samples.
• Cross train in separation techniques (cIEF, CE-SDS, SEC) and support GMP release/testing.
• Draft SOPs and technical reports; communicate progress to team.
• Maintain analytical equipment and ensure timely result delivery for clinical phases.
• Ensure documentation (ELN/LIMS/SOPs) supports product development.
