Qualifications

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences or related field with a minimum of 1 year of relevant research experience.
• OR a Master’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience; academic research considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, direct and execute analytical experiments to develop and qualify relative potency methods for early and late-stage clinical molecules.
• Engineer novel cell lines to evaluate mechanisms of action.
• Support mAb and bi-/tri-specific development and other modalities.
• Maintain good documentation using electronic lab notebook.
• Support GMP-compliant procedures and SOP drafting; ensure training when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including biology, chemistry, quality and legal.
