Job summary

Sanofi in Framingham, MA seeks a Senior Associate Scientist in Bioprocess Analytics to join the BioProcess Analytics team, providing analytical support for bioprocess development with HPLC/UPLC, CE, cIEF, ELISA, LC-MS/MS mapping, in a non-GMP setting.

You will lead method development, troubleshoot assays, advance automation, and collaborate across programs while growing technical and leadership skills within BioProcess Analytics and the wider BioAnalytics group.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry with 2+ years or Masters with 1+ years in a research lab/industry.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support for Process Science, R&D, Manufacturing and cross-functional partners using HPLC/UPLC, CE, cIEF, ELISA, binding assays, impurities analysis, and LC-MS/MS peptide mapping in a non-GMP environment.
Evaluate and develop new technologies, instruments, and methods to streamline assay workflows in drug development.
Advance laboratory automation by developing tools for sample preparation and analytical testing workflows.
Assess and implement AI/GenAI-enabled data processing to improve data visualization and decision-making.
Lead establishment of technical methods, author protocols and reports, and maintain lab operations.
