Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Malware Analyst to join our Federal Solutions team in the United States. You will perform malware analysis, reverse engineering, and artifact extraction to support cyber investigations, with opportunities across multiple analyst levels.

You’ll develop scripts, validate tools, and contribute to reports, audits, and quality assurance. A Secret clearance is required, with Top Secret eligibility preferred, and a strong foundation in forensics and incident response

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required for role.
• Bachelor’s degree or four years related substitution option accepted.
• Experience with reverse engineering using major tools (IDA Pro, Ghidra, Binary Ninja).

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic malware analysis of samples.
• Reverse engineer binaries to determine behavior and indicators of compromise.
• Develop scripts for malware triage and artifact extraction.
• Prepare malware analysis reports with accurate findings.
• Maintain chain-of-custody and handling of evidence per procedures.
• Support expert-witness prep and court-related activities as needed.
