Job summary

Memorial City Mall, LP seeks a Security Manager - Operations to lead daily security operations, develop security personnel, and ensure policy adherence across Memorial City Mall and other MetroNational properties. The role interfaces with Security Administrations Manager and Director of Security to promote safety, emergency response, and brand service standards.

Responsibilities include incident management, staffing oversight, training development, and reporting on inventory and guest

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail security experience preferred.
• 1+ year of Security Supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and personnel development.
• Maintain security incident records and training.
• Oversee hiring, supervision, payroll, and discipline.
• Develop reports on supplies, brand standards, and guest experiences.
• Ensure equipment and patrol vehicles are in good condition.
• Inspect activities of subordinates and maintain records.
• Oversee inspections of Security Supervisors and Ambassadors.
• Make initial decisions as acting head in absence of the director.
• Respond to critical incidents with proper procedures.
• Uphold MetroNational Brand Service standards.
• Participate in in-service trainings.
