Job summary

Memorial City Mall LP is seeking a Security Manager - Operations to lead daily security operations across Memorial City Mall. The role partners with the Security Administrations Manager and supports the Director of Security in incident response, training, and enforcement of brand service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, managing incident data, and coordinating with contractors to maintain security equipment and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative, management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments under time constraints.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures or regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall security program and operations including training and development of security personnel.
• Ensure data captured in Security Incident Management System and conduct follow-up training.
• Assist with hiring, supervision, payroll and discipline on a day-to-day basis.
• Support training development, policy enforcement and quality assurance requirements.
• Develop reports for Director of Security on inventory of supplies and equipment.
