The role includes conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the mall interior and exterior.
• Deter criminal activity through high-visibility presence.
• Monitor surveillance systems and access control.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and disturbances.
• Provide excellent customer service to mall visitors and staff.
• Enforce mall policies and support lost & found efforts.
• Complete detailed reports on daily activities and incidents.
