Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Mall Center Patrol Driver in Irvine, CA. You will provide service to tenants and shoppers, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and assist visitors while representing Allied Universal’s culture of integrity and teamwork.

The role is full-time with an overnight shift, offering the opportunity to work in a premier retail/mall setting with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors according to site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner with appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols in retail areas and exterior grounds.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance concerns or suspicious activity.
• Document incidents and daily activities in required reports.
