Job summary

This part-time/internship role requires 1+ year in retail leadership, a high school diploma, and comfort with retail software.

Responsibilities

• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Uphold safety policies and store procedures; foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture.
