Job summary

VF Corporation's Vans brand is seeking a Supervisor to lead by example, coach associates, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced retail setting, delivering exceptional service. You will work with the Store Manager to drive profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and support inventory and merchandising excellence.

The role requires 1+ years of retail leadership, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a strong ability to drive results through teams.

Qualifications

1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

Lead by example, coach and develop associates to deliver exceptional service.
Drive customer engagement and maintain store standards.
Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability and community engagement.
Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage and task delegation.
Support stockroom operations and inventory flow to the sales floor.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
Maintain visual merchandising and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
