You'll greet customers using the G.U.E.S.T. service approach, explain product features, suggest add-ons, ring up purchases at the POS, stock shelves, and help keep the store clean and inviting while complying with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer warmly.
• Explain product features and benefits.
• Suggest additional items to build baskets.
• Ring up customers at the POS and process transactions.
