Job summary

Simon Property Group in Florida Mall is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Associate for a temporary 90-day role. You will be the front-line contact for guests and retailers, delivering high-quality, energetic service and supporting the Simon Gift Card program and other payment products.

The position emphasizes strong sales and customer service skills, the ability to handle cash, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Must be articulate, outgoing, and present a professional appearance at all times.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to spend 100% of time on feet while serving guests.

Responsibilities

• Represent Simon to guests by providing high quality, efficient, friendly service.
• Deliver on Simon Service initiatives and excellent guest service.
• Serve as the Seller for the Simon Gift Card program and other payment products.
• Oversee daily financial management of initiatives sold at Guest Services including Gift Cards.
• Maintain a professional appearance of Guest Services and current marketing materials.
• Respond to guest and retailer inquiries and advise on resolutions.
• Follow cash handling procedures per guidelines for POS and initiatives.
