Job summary

GGP is seeking a Facilities Technician for the Columbia Mall (MO) to support the Operations Manager and ensure safe, well-maintained property operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance of building systems, and upkeep of interior and exterior areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read plans and schematics. OSHA 10-hour and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various building systems.
• Operate a variety of equipment to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance such as painting, drywall, plumbing, lighting, roofing, and floors.
• Assist with maintaining inventory systems, records, and safety data sheets.
