Job summary

Columbia Mall Carwash, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to support the Operations Manager with maintenance of mall assets, safety plans, and operating standards. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and repairing building systems, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting event setups.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years in building maintenance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read plans. OSHA 10 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate information clearly with management, employees, tenants, and external contacts.
• Read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various building systems.
• Operate equipment to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs and keep the property clean.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on interior/exterior areas including painting, drywall, plumbing, lighting, and roofing.
