Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years of experience in facility/maintenance operations.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, CAD drawings and other schematics.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proficient in computer use (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems quickly.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a 5-year capital plan for property assets and capital projects.
• Ensure safety systems are up to code, maintained and inspected.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify and address operational issues.
• Manage procurement within CAM and Capital Expenditure budgets.
• Monitor operating expenses and minimize variances to protect budgets.
• Oversee contracting processes from scope to service agreement and close-out.
• Coordinate with security and local officials on safety programs and emergency planning.
• Support tenant coordination and ensure construction aligns with approved plans.
• Develop staff and conduct performance reviews with constructive feedback.
