Crayola Experience at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN is seeking dedicated cleaning staff to maintain all public areas, restrooms, and food court spaces. Employees will respond to spills, restock supplies, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old with housekeeping or retail experience, strong customer service, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Experience in housekeeping, preferably commercial cleaning.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Able to tolerate long periods of walking and standing.
• Basic written and verbal communication.
• Good customer service skills.
• Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain mall common areas, including trash, mopping, dusting, and floor care.
• Respond to spills and place wet floor signs.
• Clean restrooms, stock supplies, and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Use radio to communicate with team members and leaders.
• Clean elevators, transit areas, and food court spaces daily.
• Recirculate food court trays and reset furniture.
• Observe safety and biohazard procedures, assist guests, and report issues.
