Mall of America is seeking a Working Lead in Housekeeping to provide direction, drive safety practices, and ensure superb cleanliness across the mall. You will lead by example, schedule tasks, and coordinate daily operations to deliver a memorable shopping and entertainment experience.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a customer-service approach, with responsibilities including training, inventory checks, and acting as on-duty supervisor when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• At least 2 years previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous leadership experience, preferred.
• Detail oriented, strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are followed.
• Facilitate roll-call meetings and assign daily tasks and locations.
• Train new staff and provide ongoing training.
• Act as on-duty Supervisor in the absence of a Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Assist with inventory control and equipment monitoring.
• Maintain positive, professional demeanor with guests and team members.
