Job summary

Stryker seeks a senior Mako clinical processes leader to drive strategy and implementation across the field organization. You will oversee education, collaboration with FEES and sales, and initiatives to increase robotic utilization while ensuring regulatory compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Travel and field-based responsibilities are expected, with strong emphasis on leadership, analytics, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver best-in-class Mako applications across territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in a Mako clinical or joint replacement role.
• Experience in orthopedics/healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to increase robotic utilization.
• Collaborate with FEES, MARKETING, and Sales to develop re-education programs.
• Deliver on-site education and customer support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold quality standards.
