Job summary

The Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Strategic Customer Segments to drive commercial marketing strategy across the Mako SmartRobotics and Mako RPS portfolios. You will influence VACs, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other executives to articulate value and support capital purchasing decisions.

You will lead national campaigns, develop ROI tools, build executive reference networks, and partner with Sales, Health Economics and Education teams to align marketing with the capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in the medical device industry.
• Experience engaging with C-suite and executive-level stakeholders preferred.
• United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated national marketing campaigns aligned with the capital funnel strategy.
• Develop economic value tools and resources (ROI calculators, business case templates, health economic materials).
• Establish and cultivate executive reference sites to enable peer-to-peer engagement and advocacy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, GAMA & Health Economics, Medical Education, Commercial Excellence, and downstream marketing teams.
• Develop strategies and programs influencing hospital investment decisions and capital sales strategy.
• Drive adoption and growth of Mako portfolio by aligning customer needs with messaging and priorities.
• Translate clinical, economic, and business insights into clear marketing strategies and content.
