SYNC Residential is seeking an experienced Make Ready technician to join our service team at an upcoming acquisition in the 78233 area. This 300+ unit Class A community was built in 2017 and offers modern finishes with resort-style amenities.

You will participate in daily groundskeeping, prepare notices for vacate units, and complete make ready tasks to ensure peak presentation. The role includes after-hours support and coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain readiness for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Paint sprayer and maintenance experience required.
• Apartment Make Ready experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential repairs and preventive maintenance on vacant rental units.
• Paint interior surfaces and touches-ups as scheduled.
• Maintain written status board and make-ready checklists.
• Ensure units are clean, safe, and presented for occupancy.
• Respond to after-hours and emergency work orders as needed.
