Job summary

NE Property Management at Terra and University North Park Apartments seeks a Make-Ready Technician. You will transform vacated units into market-ready homes by painting, drywall repair, appliance testing, and light plumbing. Work closely with on-site staff to complete punch lists and maintain property standards.

You’ll ensure curb appeal, assist with routine tasks, and support a collaborative on-site team. A valid driver's license and on-site availability are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct groundskeeping or make-ready experience in multifamily housing.
• HVAC/EPA license or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) designation preferred but not required.
• Safe handling of hand tools, equipment, and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacated apartments and complete punch checklists to market-ready condition.
• Patch holes and paint interiors/exteriors; carry paint and supplies to worksites.
• Perform unit trash-outs and maintain appliance testing/standards.
• Audit windows, doors, blinds, baseboards and fans; rekey and swap locks as needed.
• Perform light plumbing, fix leaks, and address exterior plumbing issues.
• Support curb appeal and grounds detailing across property areas.
• Assist with routine service requests and coordinate with team members.
