Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready to ensure vacated apartments are restored to market-ready status in a timely manner according to the manager's timetable. The role requires maintaining quality, coordinating with the maintenance team, and performing a variety of repair and upkeep tasks in occupied and vacated properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a checklist regarding make-ready.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check lights and replace them as needed.
• Repair or replace windows, screens, hinges, doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, and closets.
• Check appliances and inform Lead maintenance of problems.
• Make keys when necessary.
• Inspect bathroom tiles and perform minor repairs/replacements.
• Change A/C filters.
• Lend assistance during trash-out of the apartment.
