Qualifications

• Must have make-ready or apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience with painting, drywall, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance installation, or carpentry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant homes for new residents on schedule.
• Complete painting, drywall repairs, cleaning, caulking, and general repairs per standards.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with inspections to ensure move-in readiness.
• Complete maintenance work orders as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of community areas.
• Assist with groundskeeping as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and office teams to ensure timely availability.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents.
• Participate in on-call rotation when applicable.
