Job summary

Tonti Properties is seeking a Make-Ready team member in Irving, TX to prepare apartments for new residents. You will clean, perform minor repairs, paint, and ensure each unit is move-in ready, working closely with the Property Manager to meet timelines and standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of general labor or skilled trades experience, can handle physical work, own basic tools, and hold a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general labor and/or skilled trades experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet physical demands of the job.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment, including vacuums, buffers, ladders, hand tools, carpet cleaners, and more
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Own set of tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Return vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard.
• This includes cleaning, minor repairs, painting and ensuring each unit is move-in ready.
• Additional duties may be assigned by the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance, or Regional Supervisor.
