Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments for move-in and maintain property areas. You will handle maintenance tasks across common areas and respond to work orders, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires hands-on trade skills, reliable tools, and a flexible schedule. The position emphasizes resident satisfaction, safety, and proactive upkeep of pools, clubhouses, and parking areas, with opportunities for growth in a supportive team

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general maintenance/general repair experience, preferably in multifamily or related industry
• Trade skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliances, etc.
• Trade Licensing preferred but not required
• Must have own hand tools
• Must live within 30 minutes of community
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job such as lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, safe, attractive common areas including pools, laundry, clubhouses, and parking lots.
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely, quality manner.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maintain property value.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them as needed.
• Use software applications to track work and performance.
• Be part of a team handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
