Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform painting, surface repairs, fixture replacements, appliance testing, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and thorough cleaning to meet company standards.

Work is at Westcliff and Deerfield at Indian Creek, with a weekday schedule 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, occasional on-call. You must lift up to 50 pounds, have a tool kit, and a valid driver’s license to support maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance or make-ready experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards; interact professionally with residents and team members.
