Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make Ready Technician for Westcliff Apartments in Broomfield and Deerfield at Indian Creek in Denver, CO. You will prepare vacant homes for new residents, performing painting, repairs, fixture replacements, and cleaning to meet company standards.

Work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional on-call or weekends. A minimum of 1 year in maintenance or make-ready work and a high school diploma are required; a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community.
