Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents, performing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic updates to company standards. This role ensures move-in readiness and a positive first impression for tenants.

You will collaborate with Maintenance and Property Management teams, assisting with general needs across properties. A pathway to the Maintenance Technician role is emphasized with demonstrated reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover tasks.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover work, including painting, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per safety standards.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members while working across the community.
