Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to apartment systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and install appliances.
• Complete resident service orders promptly.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property cleanliness.
• Adhere to OSHA, safety and environmental laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
