Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Make Ready technician to troubleshoot and repair apartment units, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work. You will install appliances as needed and ensure timely completion of resident service requests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems; install appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain exterior of the property to ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
