Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Make Ready technician to support our residential portfolio. You will troubleshoot and repair apartment systems, install appliances, and ensure timely completion of resident service requests.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, strong HVAC knowledge, and the ability to multitask while maintaining safety and quality standards. A driver’s license may be required, with a competitive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience is required.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge is essential.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment systems including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical as needed.
• Process resident service requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property appearance.
• Comply with OSHA and safety regulations; perform additional duties as assigned.
