Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Make Ready to join our Dallas‑area team. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry and electrical work to prepare apartments for new residents.

Responsibilities include timely completion of resident service orders, maintaining curb appeal, and complying with OSHA and safety standards. We value initiative, collaboration, and a reliable, customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience minimum.
• HVAC troubleshooting knowledge; HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining exterior of property to provide curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
