Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Make Ready technician to perform repairs and prepare apartments for new residents in our Dallas-based portfolio. The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work, with emphasis on timely completion of resident service requests.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication to coordinate with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience
• HVAC systems troubleshooting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work on-call for emergencies

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to apartments (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical) and install appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior property appearance and curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
