Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX, seeks a Make Ready technician to join its maintenance team. You will troubleshoot, repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical tasks, install appliances, and ensure units are ready for new residents.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs; HVAC certification preferred. On-call availability and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must lift up to 100 lbs.
• May require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
