Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for move-in and maintain common areas. You will respond to work orders, coordinate with the maintenance team, and deliver high-quality service to residents and vendors.

The role requires physical capability, a valid toolset, and a willingness to work varied hours, including weekends. The company offers a benefits package and opportunities for growth within a growing multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience, preferably in multifamily or related industry.
• Trade skills include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, roof work, cabinetry, pools, appliances, etc.
• Trade Licensing preferred but not required.
• Must own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Perform upkeep of common areas to keep them clean, safe, and attractive.
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely, quality manner.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
