Job summary

ResProp Management in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for move-in, perform maintenance in common areas, and ensure safety and cleanliness across properties. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and deliver excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of maintenance experience, strong trade skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry), own hand tools, and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience, preferably in multifamily or related industry.
• Trade skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliances, etc.
• Trade licensing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots) to drive property performance and safety.
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely, quality manner to satisfy residents.
