CAF Management, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments for new residents. You’ll perform basic repairs, painting, cleaning, and inspections to ensure quality and on-time availability of units.

The role requires hands-on maintenance work, reliable transportation, and the ability to work Saturdays. Growth opportunities exist as many maintenance leaders started in this role.

Qualificações

• Experience with basic apartment or home repairs (painting, drywall, hardware, etc.)
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks independently
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing basic repairs, painting, and cleaning tasks
• Inspect units for quality and ensure all systems and appliances are working properly
• Replace light fixtures, hardware, screens, locks, blinds, and other standard items
• Report major repair needs to the Lead Maintenance Technician or Property Manager
• Support the maintenance team with curb appeal projects and minor work orders
• Ensure make-ready timelines are met to support leasing goals
• Maintain a clean and organized make-ready area and supply inventory
