Job summary

Management Support is seeking a Make Ready Technician for the Mira Vista property in San Antonio, TX. The role involves maintenance work to prepare units for occupancy, with opportunities for advancement within the multifamily management company.

Compensation is hourly, $19.00 to $20.00, with a 40-hour full-time schedule and rotating weekend coverage. Training and benefits are available; HVAC cert preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred, not required.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance and repair.
• Lift and carry 30 lbs up three flights of stairs if there is no elevator.
• Current driver's license with non-rated auto insurance to be verified.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus.
• Understand and follow written policies.
• Work under direction of your Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
• Promptly and expertly attend to preventive and routine maintenance.
• Maintain property owned equipment and tools and ensure they are properly secured after each use.
• Ensure all work areas are secured per policy when they are not occupied.
• Complete service requests assigned for vacant units (make ready).
