The Mosaic on Broadway, located at 1915 Broadway, San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartment units for tenant move-ins. The role is full-time, on-site, with pay up to $21/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 months experience in a comparable position.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors; overtime may be required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• EPA/HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair electrical fixtures, appliances, doors, alarms; perform minor replacements.
• Paint interior and exterior walls and trim; re-dap as needed.
• Note and report major repairs to management.
• Provide support to maintenance leads; assist as required.
• Remove debris and maintain clean work areas.
• Work as part of a team and follow standards.
