The Legacy Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Full Time Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant units for market readiness and assist the maintenance team.

You should have at least 12 months of onsite experience, basic makeready skills, painting knowledge, and the ability to rekey units. Bilingual Spanish is required; overtime and weekend work may be needed. The role emphasizes attentive customer service to residents and a well-kept property.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
