Job summary

Red Tail Residential is seeking a Facilities Porter / Make Ready Technician for the ReNew Madison community in Madison, WI. This full-time, non-exempt role includes maintaining common areas, preparing units, and ensuring curb appeal for residents and guests on-site. The position requires at least one year of porter experience, a valid U.S.

driver's license, and a high school diploma (or equivalent). Occasional evenings/weekends may be needed, with competitive compensation and company-paid health

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year porter experience preferred.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Accurately perform basic mathematical functions.

Responsibilities

• Meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and common areas.
• Assist in cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Complete weather prep and clean up as needed.
• Organize, maintain, and utilize supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company.
• Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership.
