Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician to ensure vacant apartments are restored to market-ready condition. You will perform general maintenance, repairs and upkeep of interior and exterior spaces, while maintaining safety and guest service standards.

The role requires experience in make-ready work, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with shared tools. Strong attention to detail and reliable teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Make Ready or equivalent skills experience.
• General maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Use industry tools to repair and restore units to move-in ready condition.
• Performs repairs, replacements, and upkeep related to exterior grounds and common areas of the property.
• Identifies and reports hazards to Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Ensures preventive maintenance programs are followed and documented per BH guidelines.
• Maintains and secures all property-issued tools.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communication as applicable.
• Adheres to OSHA and safety requirements.
• Follows federal, state, and local codes and internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
