Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Make Ready technician to restore vacant apartments to market-ready condition and assist with interior and exterior maintenance. You will work under supervision, performing repairs and upkeep to meet property standards.

The role requires basic computer skills, safety awareness, and own hand tools. Regular schedule is Monday–Friday with potential overtime to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant units to market-ready status in a timely manner.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Identify and report hazards to management and assist with safety compliance.
• Support preventive maintenance programs per BH guidelines.
• Maintain and secure property-issued tools and equipment.
• Post notices and assist with community communications as needed.
