Job summary

Fogelman is seeking an experienced Make Ready Technician for The Villa at River Pointe in the Maumelle area of Little Rock. You’ll prepare vacant units, handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, and ensure quality readiness for new residents.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance, HVAC certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities await in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property.
• Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clear out and dispose of items left behind after move out.
• Complete service on make-ready apartments per move out checklist.
• Perform new move in service requests per checklist.
• Assist in inventory of supplies and furnish supervisor with needed list.
• Assist with completing other service requests and preventive maintenance.
